Return Policy

Returns are accepted within the allowed return period if items are unused and in original condition, including original packaging and any tags.

How to return

To start a return, email pinet@atomicmail.io with your order number. We will reply with a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Mollie. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, intimate apparel, pierced jewelry and gift cards are not eligible for return.
